Problem StatementUsers who frequently forget to carry identification, membership cards, tickets, or bank account numbers when they go out need a centralized way to store important information that is easily accessible when needed because storing documents and cards in non-specialized apps or cluttered photo libraries makes it difficult to find important documents, leading to frustration and wasted time.

Key Takeaways✔️ This project allowed me to dive deeper into the Design Thinking process, specifically focusing on user research and ideation. I also gained valuable knowledge in UI design fundamentals, including style guides and component libraries.
✔️ Working alongside teammates from diverse backgrounds, especially graphic design, broadened my perspective and enriched my thoughts.
✔️ If I had more time, I would prioritize further user feedback to refine the product and incorporate features relevant to Vietnamese users, such as train ticket integration, note-taking templates, and voucher systems within the smart wallet.
Some User Feedbacks
😐 The logo interface with the "add card" icon feels similar to Timo's design.
😍 The UX of the bank card addition flow is generally good.
😳️ The purpose of the two screens in adding ID Card flow is unclear. If they are for viewing detailed card information, they can be removed from the card addition flow and moved to a separate card details flow
🤨 If the bank information is not yet added, the card should be displayed as a blank card, right?
👉 When a card is clicked, the user expects to see a detailed card information interface that allows them to copy information when needed.
💶 The transaction history should be "hidden" behind an extra step, as displaying it immediately upon clicking the card could be a security concern, especially if the user needs to share the card information with someone else.
Thank you for watching!
Hope you enjoyed learning about my design and thought process. ;)
